Using this site
This site provides information for business customers. You may view its content and share links to it. Please do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use automated tools in a way that disrupts the site.
Information only
The site describes our capabilities and past work. Its content is general information, not advice tailored to your circumstances or a binding offer of services. Consultancy services require a separate agreement; these website terms do not set the terms of an engagement.
Intellectual property
Any intellectual property rights in the site's content belong to their respective owners. Sharing a link does not transfer those rights or override third-party licences or uses permitted by law. Third-party names identify past work and do not imply endorsement or a current affiliation. The owner's portrait is AI-generated.
Third-party links
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or privacy practices. Please check their policies when visiting them.
Availability and accuracy
The site may contain errors or become unavailable. Please confirm current service details with us before relying on them. Commit statistics describe the owner's git activity; they do not measure project quality or guarantee future results.
Limitation of liability
For business use, and only where fair and permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer and data protection rights are unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new date. Changes apply to future use of the site and do not change existing service agreements.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by Wyoming law. Wyoming courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, meaning proceedings may also be brought elsewhere where the law allows. Nothing here removes mandatory protections under applicable law or your right to use another court or complain to a regulator where that right applies.

Privacy policy

Who is responsible
Beaufort Ventures LLC, trading as Kymaron Labs, is the controller: the organisation responsible for deciding how personal data is used for this website and enquiries. Principal office: 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. Email contact@kymaron.com with privacy questions, requests or complaints.
What we collect
Website visits. This site has no forms, accounts, analytics or advertising, uses no cookies and stores no personal data in localStorage. Our server receives your IP address and request information to deliver the page. Technical logs may include the time, requested address, browser information and referring page, if your browser supplies it. We do not track visitors across websites or make automated decisions about them.
Fonts. The site's typefaces are served from our own server, so loading the page does not send your data to a font provider or any other third party.
Email. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide and your message, including attachments. We use these to reply and discuss your enquiry. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need enough information to respond.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
Where UK or EU GDPR applies, we use technical data for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and troubleshooting the site, and enquiry data for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. If you personally would be the contracting party, necessary steps you request before a contract use the contract basis. We also use data where necessary to meet applicable legal obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep technical logs only as long as needed to detect and investigate faults or misuse. Relevant entries may be kept longer for a specific incident or legal claim. We keep enquiry emails while the enquiry is active; after it closes, we retain only records needed for a resulting engagement, a legal recordkeeping duty, or an actual or reasonably anticipated legal claim. Retention then depends on the engagement, the applicable legal period or resolution of the claim. We delete data when these reasons end.
Sharing and international transfers
Hosting, server-management and email providers may access data needed for their services. We may disclose data where legally required. We do not sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising. Our offices are in the United States, United Kingdom and Hungary; providers may process data elsewhere. Our website runs on a Linode server (Akamai Technologies, Inc., USA) in its Frankfurt, Germany data centre, deployed and managed through Cloud 66 (Cloud 66, Inc., USA). Email sent to contact@kymaron.com is forwarded by our domain registrar, Namecheap, Inc. (USA), to our mailbox provider. Where UK or EEA personal data is transferred to these US providers, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum in their data processing terms. Email contact@kymaron.com for details and copies of applicable safeguards.
Your right to object
Where UK or EU GDPR applies, you can object to our processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Email contact@kymaron.com. We must stop that processing unless we have compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests and rights, or need it for legal claims.
Other rights and complaints
Under applicable privacy law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete data, restrict its use and receive a portable copy, subject to legal conditions. Email contact@kymaron.com to exercise rights or complain. We normally respond to GDPR rights requests within one month; lawful extensions may apply. For UK data protection complaints, we acknowledge receipt within 30 days, investigate and communicate the outcome without undue delay. You can also complain to the UK ICO (https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/) or an EU authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred, including Hungary's NAIH (https://naih.hu/).
Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above. If a significant change affects how we use your data, we will provide any further notice required by law.
